Competitive Materials Report (CMR) takes a slightly different view of how PCA
views market opportunities and risks. Rather than focusing on construction
sub-segments and developing strategies for promotion around potential growth,
the CMR attempts to assess future cement volume opportunities, or risks, posed
by potential changes in the competitive environment among types of building
material products. From this tack, PCA defines its material competitors
first, and then examines the construction sub-segments as the competitive arena
in which promotion takes place. This is an annual subscription which
includes two full reports and monthly update reports.
